Partner link and QR code
No website, or want more reach? Send the link by e-mail, share it on social media or print it as a QR code for your showroom. The planner remembers your company for 90 days.
Your prices and currency
Edit your price list in the browser or in Excel. Customers see your prices in EUR or your local currency. You can also hide prices; customers then see “price on request”.
Inquiries with the full layout
Contact details, type of business, the 3D kitchen layout and the equipment list with prices. Download the items as CSV for ordering and see every new version of the layout.
Project overview
Every inquiry has a status from New to Won or Lost, internal notes and a history. Open the layout in 3D with one click.

The planner and the inquiry work in English, German, French, Czech, the Nordic and Baltic languages and Russian. Customers see your “In cooperation with …” badge in all of them.

Frequently asked questions
Who receives the inquiries from my website?
Inquiries sent from the planner on your website or through your partner link are assigned to your company. Inquiries without a partner link are assigned by RM Gastro according to the country of the project.
Do I need my own website?
No. The partner link works without a website too: in e-mails, on social media or as a QR code in your showroom.
What does my website need to support?
You just need to add a small piece of HTML to a page. For content management systems that do not allow scripts there is also an iframe option. The portal has guides for the most common systems and online shops.
Will customers see my prices?
Yes, if you set up your own price list in the portal. Otherwise the planner shows REDFOX list prices. You can also hide prices completely.
Who can see my customers’ inquiries?
Inquiries assigned to your company are visible to your company’s users and to RM Gastro. Other partners cannot see them.
How long does approval take?
RM Gastro reviews the request and lets you know the result by e-mail at the address given in the request.
